Unlock GBS Knowledge Management, Internal Communication Podcast Interviews, and More

In this week’s update, I am sharing recent engagements and what’s coming up. Here’s a quick summary:

First, get tips in my article published on the Shared Services and Outsourcing Network called: 5 Approaches for Global Business Services to Tap Communication Knowledge Management. In this piece, I share some of the most effective ways to manage communication knowledge. Thank you Barbara Hodge and the team at SSON for sharing my content. Next, I had the pleasure of being interviewed on the Center for Strategic Communication Excellence (Australia)’s podcast – A View from the Top. In this episode, I discussed my journey as an internal communications professional and shared insights into the field. Looking ahead, I have some exciting updates on upcoming engagements. In April, I’ll be contributing pro-bono to an ongoing dialogue to enhance the course curriculum for a leading Australian University as a Global Industry Advisory Committee member. This committee is made up of professionals from around the world, and I’m honored to participate and contribute.

In May, I’ll be speaking at the Simply IC conference in London. You can look up the agenda here: https://bit.ly/3YBYoP7. This is an excellent opportunity to meet like-minded people and share my knowledge and experience with other internal communication professionals from around the world.

Lastly, I’m particularly excited to be speaking online to a batch of media, communication, and journalism students from an Australia University. I believe that this will be an excellent opportunity to inspire the next generation of communicators and help them to succeed in their careers. This follows my recent engagement with students of the University of Connecticut.
