Delighted to be engaging post-graduate students from Kristu Jayanti College at Bengaluru, India on August 31 on crisis communications.

With the spate of crises spanning the world, it is imperative for organizations to appreciate the nuances of crisis management and communications. In this workshop, I plan to provide context on the state of crises, the evolving trends and best practices based on research. Students will get to play back their understanding based on a case study at the end of the workshop.
