Co-authored paper on motivation factors among Polish youths published in Administrative Sciences

Pleased to share that a collaborative research effort with scholars in Poland and Bahrain (including myself in Poland) resulted in our peer-reviewed paper titled: Motivators of Volunteering during Crises – Perspectives of Polish Youths during the Ukrainian Refuge Crisis, getting published in a leading journal – Administrative Sciences. 

This is timely because of the ongoing war in the region and the insights it can offer for crises.
