Humbled that a chapter I wrote on Strategic Change Management is included in the just released book – Current Trends and Issues in Internal Communication: Theory and Practice (Palgrave MacMillan, 2021) which is co-edited by Dr. Linjuan Rita Men and Dr. Ana Tkalac Verčič, two leading scholars in public relations and communications. It is such an honor to be included in a book that also includes thought leaders like Dr. Krishnamurthy Sriramesh, Dr. Kevin Ruck and Dr. Bruce Berger.

The book covers case studies and insights from researchers and practitioners from over 10 countries worldwide.

My chapter covers current trends in change communications, the theoretical underpinning, the role of communication in influencing and storytelling, measuring strategic change communication and the pitfalls of change communication. It also includes an interview with a leading communications professional from India on managing change.
