INTRASKOPE – Internal Communication Perspectives

I started this blog in 2006 to help communication students, practitioners and researchers make sense of the evolving internal communication function. On this blog, I share experiences, hands-on learning and discuss practical solutions which can benefit those interested in getting better at their craft. I invite your views, ideas and suggestions to improve this blog and make it relevant for my readers.

  1. Thanks for your post…

Yes, I would think interactive case studies are a good way to engage internal audiences….

In fact, I am aware of various programs which use this method..for example, a referral scheme or an HR initiative that highlights people practices and milestones… newsletters which celebrates employee achievements…

    Cheers

  4. Hello Aniisu,

Love your blog – great insight!

In your article about measurement, you reference the benefits of communications service level agreements. Do you by chance have any samples of such agreements you could share? I am interested in developing such an agreement for change communications projects.

    Many thanks!
