COVID-19 Resources: funding and volunteering opportunities

With the pandemic sweeping across the world, there is a humanitarian crisis looming. Each country is at a different stage of their fightback against cononavirus and resources and support for affected individuals and organizations is lacking. There is a spurt of demand for funding, volunteers, resources, ventilators, masks, food among other needs. In India, the government has also allowed for the 2% CSR funds to be directed towards COVID-19 support. Also, what can be funded isn’t as clear as they need to be. There are a few schools of thought – align with the government CSR fund, directly fund COVID-19 activities or partner with other organizations to collaboratively pitch in.
