Partner with business leadership to ensure successful internal communications to keep key stakeholders well-informed to help achieve business objectives. Ensure employee engagement and strong connectivity to business strategy. Regularly advises management in the function and/or in the business. Has a supportive role in decision making about important subjects. Communication with colleagues and business leaders about change of policy and implementation. Ability to communicate complex messages to others. Acts frequently as a project leader in projects involving the business and other functions. 1.Developing effective Global Supply Chain communication strategies for South Asia and ASEAN in alignment with the Regional Communications strategy 2.Develop messaging for senior leadership depending on the audience and positioning. 3.Managing internal communications (newsletters, initiatives, internal branding building etc.) 4.Drafting content / stories for media and /or company website / social media in coordination with the regional communications teams 5.Lead Supply Chain initiatives / Events – supplier conference, town halls, leadership. 6.Build Communication & Branding activities for each manufacturing site in partnership with the local leader 7.Contribute to the Regional communications teams on media requests (interviews, statements etc.). Not lead since media is managed centrally in both South Asia and ASEAN only.

Bachelor’s / Masters degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 10-12 additional years of experience in Internal/Employee Communications.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
