Inviting Contributions To Intraskope’s Spotlight on Internal Communication Series

Are you an internal communication practitioner and have a point of view on the challenges and opportunities that face organizations and employees? Proud of a best practice or research insight from your workplace that can add value to the community? Keen to provide a perspective that is uncommon and relevant for practitioners, academicians, and students?

You have a forum to do so now! Contribute and participate in the upcoming series on Intraskope where we put the spotlight on thought leadership, great ideas, and practical solutions.

Spotlight on Internal Communication

Readers will be interested in learning from insights, practices and actions that is shaping the evolving world of internal communications.  If you are keen to participate please do take the relevant permissions from your respective organizations before sharing the final draft for publishing. The series will be in multiple formats such as online, ppt, audio or video – depending on the topic discussed and will be communicated to a global audience and via platforms like Linkedin, Twitter, and Facebook.

1.     What does internal communication mean to you? Issue that needed addressing Why do you consider this campaign or research study relevant? Pen a post on the evolving role of internal communication at work
2.     How is it practiced in your organization? What was the intervention What is the one message that you took away from it? Topics can range from the skills communicators need to trends shaping the world of internal communication
3.     Please share an example/campaign that you are personally proud of working on and that made a significant impact to your organization. He has over 17 years of experience with technology, financial services and consulting organisations such as Sapient, Accenture and Oracle. Aniisu is the author of Internal Communications – Insights, Practices and Models and is passionate about engaging communicators and students through workshops, teaching assignments and blogging.  He serves as the International Association of Business Communicator (IABC)’s South India Chapter Board member and is the recipient of the 2015 PR Hall of Fame Award from the Public Relations Council of India.
